Blocks of combs
The block of the pressure manifold is designed for the distribution, flow and pressure measurement of process water pumped into the injection wells of the reservoir pressure maintenance system. It consists of two premises: technological and instrumental.
In the technological room there are: a distribution manifold with a stop valve; High-pressure water conduits, which receive water from the distribution manifold; drainage manifold with stop valves. At each high-pressure water conduit, water flow sensors are installed.

Oil Transfer Stations
The station is designed for pumping cleaned effluents of oil and liquids having similarities in viscosity and chemical activity.
Depending on the brand of pumping units, the station can be made in several versions.
The station consists of pumping units, mounted on-site in a single building.
Each pump unit is equipped with:

  • pumping units;
  • receiving and delivery manifolds with shut-off valves;
  • drain pipelines for leaks;
  • instrument racks;
  • system of water or electric heating;
  • lighting blocks and electrical equipment;
  • foam fire extinguishing system;
  • instrumentation and instrumentation.

Block bush pumping stations
BKNS is executed in the form of separate block-boxes of transport dimensions, mounted on the site of operation in a single building and functionally interconnected by technological, electric lines. Blocks have a complete internal wiring of instruments and equipment.
Conventionally, the BKNS is divided into the turbine-room (pump blocks) and the power station (power-supply units).
Pump units perform the function of increasing the pressure of process water to a level that provides water injection into the wells of the reservoir pressure maintenance system (flooding).
Power units are used for automatic control of pump aggregates, monitoring of parameters and signaling of the state of technological equipment, protection of technological equipment with changing process parameters beyond permissible limits, automatic shutdown of the pump unit and the inclusion of a backup.
The use of soft starters allows to reduce the value of the starting current and eliminates significant power surges in the network, which are characteristic for the direct start of powerful electrical devices, which increases the reliability of the power supply system and prolongs the life of the equipment.
BKNS is equipped with a system for monitoring and automating the operation of process equipment.
The automation system provides automatic recording, control and transmission to the central control room.

Automated group metering units
The units are designed for:

  • automatic periodic determination of flow rates of oil wells by liquid
  • control over the operation of oil wells

The operational purpose of the facilities is to ensure control over the technological regimes of oil well operations.
The number of connected wells from 1 to 14. The installation consists of two blocks: technological and hardware.
In the technological block there are: separating tank with liquid meter TOP, hydraulic drive unit, switch of wells, stop valves.
The hardware unit includes: a measurement unit, an information processing unit, and a power supply unit.
The method of measurement is three-dimensional. The inlet pipes for connecting wells are located symmetrically on both sides.

Automated Group Metering Stations
These stations are destined for:

  • automatic periodic determination of oil wells flow rate by liquid;
  • control over oil wells operation.

Operation assignment of units is to provide the control over process conditions of oil wells operation.
A number of switched wells are from 1 to 14. The unit consists of production and instruments modules.
A separation vessel with liquid meter ТОR, fluid drive unit, wells switch, valves are allocated in production modules.
Measurement unit, information handling unit, power unit are allocated in instruments modules.
A measuring method is volumetric. The inlet nozzles to connect the wells are symmetrical on both sides.

Production of wells through the pipelines connected to the plant goes to the PSM well switch. With the help of the PSM switch, the production of one of the wells is sent to the separation tank, and the production of the remaining wells is sent to the common pipeline. In the separation tank, gas is separated from the liquid. The released gas passes through the gas flow sensor of the meter SVG.M. The gas measured by the meter enters the common pipeline.

The liquid accumulates in the separator. The float through the lever system closes the flap on the gas line, and the pressure in the separator begins to rise. When the pressure difference between the separator and the outlet pipeline is reached within 0.08-0.12 MPa, the flow regulator valve opens and the liquid is forced into the common pipeline under excessive pressure. With a differential pressure between 0.02 and 0.03 MPa, the flow regulator valve closes.

When the flow control device is operating, depending on the level of the liquid in the separator, the following positions of the damper and the flow regulator can be observed:

The damper and the flow regulator valve are closed. At this position, the liquid level in the separator is high, additional accumulation of liquid takes place and the creation of excess pressure inside the separator;

The damper is closed and the flow regulator valve is open. At this position, the liquid level in the separator is also high. The liquid, under the influence of excessive pressure inside the separator, is passed through the counter. The duration of the flow of liquid through the meter depends on the amount of incoming production from the well. When the liquid level drops below half the diameter of the lower capacity, the damper starts to open and let the accumulated gas flow into the common reservoir. Due to the decrease in gas pressure in the separator, the flow regulator valve closes and fluid accumulates again. The liquid accumulated in the lower part of the separation tank passes through the turbine liquid counter TOR then is sent to the common pipeline.

The flow control device in the measuring separator ensures a cyclic flow of liquid through the TOR counter at a constant speed, which makes it possible to measure in a wide range of well rates with a small error.

The measurement time is established in the fishery, depending on the specific conditions: well production rate, production methods, field development status and other conditions.
Lighting, heating, forced or free ventilation is available in the production unit.
The technological unit has lighting, heating, forced or natural ventilation.
