Accredited testing laboratory of AtyrauNefteMash LLP
(accreditation certificate No.KZ.I.06.0849 dated July 28, 2010) offers services for destructive and non-destructive types of control, ferrous, non-ferrous metals, alloys and welded joints.
The laboratory conducts the following tests:

  1. Tensile tests, bending and flattening on a tensile machine.
  2. Tests for impact bending at room and low temperatures using the Sharpy and Minage method on a pendulum.
  3. Hardness measurements for Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers.
  4. Spectral analysis to confirm the chemical composition of steels and alloys.
  5. Measurements of the thickness of protective and decorative coatings, both on magnetic and non-magnetic substrates
  6. Measurements of wall thickness of articles made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals

All equipment has been tested and has all the permits and certificates.
In the laboratory there is a team of specialists trained and having many years of experience in the laboratory.

Breaking machine IR 5145-500-11
The tearing machine IR 5145-500-11 is designed to test the mechanical properties of various samples of materials and products (including pipes, etc.) for breaking, stretching, compression and bending, namely, determining the time resistance, elongation, relative constriction, true resistance break (GOST 1497 and GOST 10006). The rupturing machine IR 5145-500-11 allows to define additionally programmatic methods: yield stress conditional (sigma 0,2), physical; and the modulus of elasticity and the limit of proportionality. The operating mode of the tensile testing machine of a tearing machine IR 5145-500 is electromechanical. The machine reports the test results.

Hardness meter TB 5004 according to GOST 23677-79 is designed for measuring hardness of metals by the Brinell method, set out in GOST 9012-59.

Hardness tester TKM-359
Dynamic hardness tester TKM-359 is a high-precision portable instrument for the rapid measurement of hardness of metals, including quality control of heat treatment, hardening of HDTV, evaluation of mechanical strength.
TKM-359 hardness tester realizes measurements in the basic hardness scales – HB, HRC, HV, and tensile strength (recalculation according to GOST 22761-77 for pearlitic steels).

Thickness gauge ultrasonic А1209
Thickness gauge A1209 is designed for measuring the thickness of the walls of pipes, boilers, vessels, ship linings, castings, sheet products and other products of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Surfaces of products can be smooth or coarse and corroded with a roughness up to Rz160 and a radius of curvature of 3 mm. The device allows you to control products made of metals, coated with paint, as well as plastic, glass ceramics. They can detect corrosion ulcers with an area of about 1 sq. Km. mm on the inner walls of pipes with a thickness of more than 2 mm.
